Meditation has little to do with your eyelids. In fact in most buddhist traditions, exept for theravada you are asked to keep your eyes at least a little bit open. I do meditate in my dreams. I think that we should remain skeptical and scientific with dream shearing. Haha. That would be nice, i think that it happens sometimes but usually i just wake up into another dream where i record my dream or coment it to someone and then wake up for real.
