Re: St John's Wort

Don't worry, I doctor prescribed it to me as an anti-depressant. I've been taking it for about three weeks now and I don't think it's affected my dreams at all. The first night I took it I thought I had a more vivid dream, but looking back through my dream journal, it wasn't really. I had just expec...

Re: AM i stupid or what...?

Do you do it in the evening when you go to bed? This normally doesn't work, you need to wake up about four hours after going to sleep and try then. Maybe there's too much disturbance in the background? Noise and light irritates me and I can't get any result, so I just end up sleeping without attempt...

Re: I found a new use for dream journals…

Awesome that you dream about The Doctor. :)

I've found a good use for dream journals too. If you're ever stuck when writing a story, well, your mind has already written some for you.

St John's Wort

I'm going on this soon and I heard that it gives you more vivid dreams. Is this true and can anyone tell me of their experiences with it?

Lucid Dreaming On The News

Yep, that's right. I was watching the news this evening and on came a story about controlling your dreams. They said it helped people with nightmares, assisted people with things such as speaking after they'd had a stroke, and all these other benefits. They way they talked about it was strange thoug...

Re: Lucid Dream Inside a Dream?

This happens to me a lot. The 'dream' me realises that I'm dreaming, and goes around and take advantage of it. But at the height of the lucidity my dream self loses it and wakes up- in a dream. The only thing is, I'm not actually lucid at all. I'm dreaming that I'm lucid. I know this because the thi...

Cowboy

So about two years ago before I got into lucid dreaming, I was slowly falling asleep and I think I was in the hallucination state. I opened my eyes and standing in my doorway was a cowboy. He's always been in the back of my mind and I can remember him clearly: He looked exactly like the 'baddies' yo...

Dream Riddle

A dream character said this to me: Are dreams just a dream within a dream?
This riddle has fascinated me since I heard it, but I have no idea what it could mean.
Any serious or funny ideas on what my dream character was talking about?

Re: The Minecraft Movie

Like it.
I think I play Minecraft too much, because most of my dreams feature it in some way or another. At least I am not alone on the minecraft bit. XD

Re: The Dogs Party

Haha. I also had a dream about a dog party. But I don't know what it means, sorry. Perhaps dogs will take over the world and those who dreamed of dog parties must stop them XD. I'm joking btw. [ Post made via iPod ] https://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/forum/images/mobile/iPod.png
