And to add onto wbtb waking and then going back to sleep can increase rem and dream awareness and vividness. Waking up from a dream is the easiest way to remember a dream, so I would 4ecommend finding a way to put at least part of your dream down during a WBTB

Re: Frustration while trying to LD
There will always be a part of you that questions, but there has to be or you would have less awareness rather than more. LDing is a raise of awaren. s. Awareness of states and dream awareness. If you are not "present in dreams" you need more awareness in dreams which comes from recall. Sl...

Re: Frustration while trying to LD
Not to sounds rude, but trying for a few months and doing the bare minimum RC and DJing, I don't see how that could be frustrating. Binuaral beats and supplements are pointless in my opinion. No WBTBs, mantras, visualization, meditation, positive reinforcement? And basically nothing for recall. How ...

Re: This might sound silly, but...
I can vouch for SP not being an easy way. :P only had SP twice in my life and I have quite a few WILDs (not 100% sure...). I heard all these "ways to induce SP" before finding ETWOLD and I lost sooooo much sleep trying to induce SP. Prolly lost a lot of a lot of DILD chances. I recommend b...

Re: lucid goals encouragement
Ah, gotcha. I talked to someone else that did very similar things with their lucids. He isn't on here though, not active on the other forum either. :/
I am not into anything "metaphyscal", so i can't help you. Good luck!

Re: lucid goals encouragement
Oh goodness no! Not 120 attempts! It was probably like 25 attempts. It was just after I hit 120 LDs. gotta watch the wording on forums or people will think I am a creep. I always tried to stay away from sex in LDs! Much easier in waking to have successful awesome sex. ;) I use LDing for exploring! I...

Re: Playing games from childhood
You can do anything that you want to do in an LD. It takes a lot of time to get to real life replicates of things in LDs. Most people have 1 or 2 things in dream control that are easier than others, and yours could be that, since it is normally something that you think you will be good at. I couldn'...

Re: Can "natural" lucid dreaming be genetic?
Some are better than others at most things... I am more of a nurture vs nature for most everything. Even LDing.
