I knew the exact time in my lucid dream

So it's been a while since I've been on here- I sort of took a year off from lucid dreaming. Just needed time to collect my thoughts and put things in perspective, lucid dreaming can be mentally exhausting for me. Glad to be back though! 8-) Wanted to share my most recent experience. My Dream: It st...

Re: Failed dream objective problem

So my question is how can I prevent this from happening again? I feel like I did everything correctly (atleast I think, although probably not), I solidified my lucidity, recalled my objective, and expected to find what I was looking for. How come I lost it then? I'm so excited I managed to achieve ...

Re: Still haven't had a lucid dream

I'd say, keep at it. As long as your sleep isn't suffering and you aren't getting frustrated, then keep trying. I wish I could, myself, but my attempts to lucid dream - even THINKING about it at night, always keeps me AWAKE. I don't know how to avoid that HUGE roadblock. I sleep best when I have no...

Re: PERMA - LUCIDITY?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?

From what you have said, you seem to have given up a little of that awareness for a bit of comfort. So, it is possible to dial it back down if you start being lucid every time you get asleep. So, if I do find it taxing on me dear little self, I can probably take it down a notch too, finding that ri...

Re: Still haven't had a lucid dream

hey all I do my push fingers through palm reality check every half hour and am do the MILD technique everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me to achieve my first lucid dream? Sounds like you're already on the right track. If your dream recall is improving then you're on your wa...

Re: PERMA - LUCIDITY?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?

So you're essentially trying to be lucid all night? I don't have a ton of experience with this but I think I can help a bit. I've had a decent amount of what I would consider "successful" lucid experiences, but I never got to the point where my mind was awake and aware all night. A few mon...

Re: "Sorry Iron Man, My Bad..."

The guy sleeping on the couch was probably representing the fact that you were still asleep.. and all the reassurances going on in this dream may have been related to the issues you had with this dream and the fact you knew you coudn't wake up like you wanted to do so was forced into having to acce...

Re: Becoming more rational

The meditation above sounds like it is discouraging questioning and this could lead to programming oneself not to be be questioning but rather just be a non considering/thinking observer which is something you don't want if you are trying to DILD. I definitely see what you mean but I recommended th...

Yeah I agree. If he had even just one inkling of a lucid experience he never would have said this. Sucks for him 8-)

"Sorry Iron Man, My Bad..."

Had a really strange and long lucid experience the other night. I'm not going to type the whole thing because it's too long and makes barely any sense, but there was one part of it that made me laugh really hard when I awoke. I had already been lucid for what felt like hours and I was getting a litt...
