Re: HELP! FILD is driving me crazy!

I imagine a more experienced Lucid Dreamer would say: just let it be. Don't react to it and let it carry itself out.

I would agree. Anyways. That is my advice to you! Anyone please correct me if I am wrong.

Three Consecutive Attempts at My Dream Goal

I had established a goal which was to ask the dream itself to show me something new. I tried three times, lucidly, in a row but failed. I am super okay with it – my time will come. Here is what I wrote in my dream journal regarding this spree of lucidity. I also included an episode of no lucidity, w...

Re: Wake Back To Bed Fail

I will start sleeping in the room next to mine. There, you can't hear any hammering or drills! I tried WBTB for the second time last night and it didn't work. I dreamed and recalled my dreams, but I just didn't become lucid. It used to be alot easier in the past, when I didn't try so hard. I just re...

Wake Back To Bed Fail

i won't feel bad. It doesn't have to work straight away. I will keep on trying. When I went back to bed I took like 30/40 minutes to sleep and when I finally slept, I kept waking up and going back to sleep, waking up and going back to sleep. There is an explanation for this, however. There is constr...

Re: Wake Back To Bed - Help?

Well, meditation will surely calm you down. Do the breathing meditation and reach a state of non-thought. Then, get back to sleep but don't overthink it. Just cultivate the feeling of belief in the fact that you are going to have success with LD. [ Post made via iPhone ] https://www.world-of-lucid-d...

Re: MY SECRET TO LUCID DREAMING

Good point, one that few understand however. I know that truly believing you will lucid dream will make you lucid, but I can never fully get rid of the self doubt. To get rid of self-doubt we must practise awareness and, also very important, meditation. These will bring your mind some clarity, ther...

Re: Meditation in a lucid dream

No need to close your eyes. You reminded me that i forgot to mention this. I never close my eyes. If i close them, the dream fades away. I keep my "dream eyes" open. That's why i see marvelous things. Cool, I was wondering because whenever I close my eyes - especially during "drawbac...

Re: My favorite lucid dreams

Excellent control there! To remain in dreams and fight against what I like to call "the drawback", you should look to the floor beneath you (right at your feet) and start spinning with your eyes open. I have tried with my eyes closed, but It lead to losing control rather than recuperating ...

04/03/2014 Success!

I managed to achieve lucidity with intensity. I was among some coconut trees, probably near a body of water, and the sun was setting - the sky was orange, but with no gradient, I think. As soon as I turned conscious (and It happened suddenly, with no stimulus), I looked at the detail on the trees. I...

Re: Dream Recall And Meditation

I am also intriguied by the connection between meditation and dreaming. A good meditation for dreaming - one I haven't yet tried - is visualization. Imagine yourself in some place, with people and stuff. Make that image really stand out inside your mind.
