Re: REVIEW - Dreamleaf - very satisfied.

I don't suffer insomnia but I do lead the Elvis lifestyle (without the money or the birds) i.e. I sleep really weird hours, days, nights ect.

So no it didn't affect my sleep at all, took me my usual 3/4 hr or so to drop off last night.

Re: REVIEW - Dreamleaf - very satisfied.

K, first time. Took the blue (or was it the red) around 1.30 & set my alarm for 6.00. Then woke naturally around 5.00, had a wee & back to bed, decided to take the red (or was it the blue) at that point & drifted quickly off. Now I know I had some dream(s) but at this point I forget them...

Re: Would this be considered as a Lucid Dream?

I know what you mean re speech. In my dreams I am aware that I, nor know one else actually speaks, we're just kind of aware of the flow & the conversation. Ages ago in a dream a friend did speak to me, it was only 5 lines or so but I recall remembering it vividly the following day. I wonder if m...

Re: Slightly lucid and point of lucidity (PLEASE HELP)

Well first off congrats, sounds like you've got there. My first lucid only lasted around 30 seconds, to the point of realising I was lucid, being very excited & then waking up. Re you GF disappearing, for me on the few occasions I have been lucid I have had no characters at all around me. In fac...

Re: REVIEW - Dreamleaf - very satisfied.

Absolutely cannot wait for mine, I've had 5 lucids to date but have taken a backwards step since the last one. Ordered these from the US around 3 days ago so gonna be a while but will leave my review here when I've tried them.

Re: My favorite WILD technique

Sounds interesting & I shall give this a try, have only experienced sleep paralysis once, recently, but as I knew what it was it was fine. Wasn't aware it was something that could be brought on. Obviously time is a mostly unknown factor but do you have any idea of what kind of time this all take...

Thought I'd bump this as interested but have to say bin-aural tones type of things have never worked for me...
