Re: FILD or WILD?

Success rate in FILD is very very less and that's exactly opposite in WILD where it's very high. So if you are trying on your luck, perform FILD. But for best experience and definite lucidity try WILD

Re: Any answers will be highly appreciated!!

Ofcourse it is possible. What I do is, I imagine a divine creature something like a big bright light. I then assume that this divine is going to control the dream and not me (infact it is always me that controls). I then ask this divine whatever I wish, and in a moment, my wish is fulfilled. Its all...

Re: Sleep Paralysis would just not happen, any tips?

A rewarding technique: I know this may be very uncommon among WILDers, but my blocking point to enter Sleep paralysis was I always was getting the sensation of swallowing the saliva and when I tried to swallow it, my body would just be awake and I had to start all over again. So a better technique ...

Of Course, WILD is basically WBTB and Relaxation is the first step of WILD 8-)

Re: How long did it take for you to become proficient in LD?

If you want to start Lucid dreaming right now, try Wake Induced technique. It can be very scary for the first time but it is very fruitful (of course you can eat vegetables too in Lucid dreams  ). Wake Induced (or just WILD) is a bit difficult to try and needs complete concentration but it ...

Re: MILD question

Hi , You are actually mixing MILD and WILD technique. MILD does not expect you to follow stop, drop and roll technique. Once you have repeated the mantra, just sleep in a normal way. If you are lucky, while dreaming you will realize that you are dreaming. So after WBTB, just relax for sometime, repea...

Total blackness in the lucid dream

Hello Guys, Just experienced a lucid dream last night. Have some question related to that. It would be great if you can help me. 1) . The dream started with me sitting in a railway station. I just accidentally did a hand penetration RC. It did not work. But breathing through nose worked. The same (H...

Re: effortless lucid dreaming every night

Hi, First of all you should feel proud that you have mastered lucid dreaming so easily and the thing that it comes to you naturally without any inducing techniques is amazing. Not everyone can do that. Regarding your problems you stated that you meet some ghostly (or not so ghostly :) ) spirits is e...

Re: Can't fall asleep fast enough

Hello, FILD technique works only if you are fully tired after waking up. So if you are not able to sleep immediately after you wake up, do some stretching exercise to fatigue your body.If you still are not able to drift to sleep, then stop trying FILD and switch to WILD. And as you said sometimes yo...
