Re: Talking to your subconscious

On top of autism I also have ADD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder so I could ask what's up with that too. It would be nice to know why my subconscious diverts my attention every which way and freaks out all the time.

Talking to your subconscious

I am yet to have a stable lucid dream so I am yet to try talking to my subconscious, but I have some good things to ask it. One suggestion I heard for something you could ask your subconscious is why you have any psychological disorders you may have, and I'm autistic so that should make for an inter...

Re: From DreamViews

I am quite new here too. From what I can tell so far it is indeed a great forum, albeit not very active. Welcome!

Getting too exited and using DEILD

Last night I had 2 very short lucid dreams that both lasted under a second. I am very happy about it because this was after a bit of a dry spell. The first one was DILD, I was talking to my sister in the dream and then she took a sip of a drink without interrupting her speech which I noticed was odd...

Re: Tiny spaceships, physics defying car crashes, and cat-sh

I think I have also identified some possible dream signs. I will definitely be doing a reality check every time I get into my van.

Tiny spaceships, physics defying car crashes, and cat-shrimp

I am yet to have an LD that lasts more then 10 seconds, but I have gotten a lot better at dream recall. I remember 3 dreams from last night, some better then others. I figured I would share them because they are just too good not to share. I don't remember much about my first dream, I just remember ...

We have a lot in common, Geo. May we have many lucid dreams about exploring space.

Re: This is frustrating!!!

I have had 3 lucid dreams in the last month (two of which were in one night) and like you I found that they immediately collapsed and I became aware of my body lying in my bed as the dream faded until it seemed no more real then my imagination. I am definitely no expert, but I would suggest that you...

Re: Another new dreamer

I should clarify that when I said "none of this could be real" I meant that it's possible that it's it real. Just like you, I simply entertain the idea.

Re: Another new dreamer

Another neat thing is that after I woke up from my first near success, I did a reality check by looking in the mirror and during that it hit me that this feels just as real as my dream. I have been familiar with the concept that our experience with the world is just an illusion created from sensory ...
