Re: baby dreams

Thanks. I think I get a similar feeling to your water waves analogy, my body has lost most of its solidity and has been replaced by wavy, flowing spacey energy. I'll see if I can flow with that. I suppose I'll know what you mean whne it happens Regards focusing, I have been allowing sensations to oc...

baby dreams

help to WILD. I get loads of small, brief dream scenes/scenarios popping up in quick succession. Each dreaminho evaporates as soon as it starts, then I go back to WILD technique and another seed of a dream pops up straight away. I'm in a tree- stops- I'm playing football with aliens - stops- Stephen...

Re: The less effort I put, the more I lucid dream?

So you have lucid dreams after you have stopped putting in effort - do you think that if you had never put in the effort in the first place you would just randomly have lucid dreams?

Thanks Sean. What do you feel is the key factor(s) that helps you get stability?

Re: I knew it was a dream, but it didn't become vivid...?

I have trouble getting clarity and stability. A few dreams ago I tried staring at the details of my hands, as per instructions, and the closer I looked, the less clear they became until they disappeared.

Re: Flying In Dreams Progression

Just a beginner, only had 15 LDs, have no control over any dream aspects and struggle to keep lucid for more than a minute or so, but wierdly the one thing I can do is fly perfectly, the first thing I did in a dream that stabalised was fly, now from the instant I realise I'm dreaming I automatically...

Re: yoga

thanks for reply, rubbing hands sometimes does not help for me, (admittedly, I am relatively new to lucid dreaming), will give spinning a try. other posters here have said the reason for rubbing hands is to 'get your dream body activated, or feel the sensations of the body in the dream' , I do a bit...

yoga

1. Has anyone done yoga postures once lucid to improve stability/clarity (or just to see if you can get your foot behind your ear?) 2. what about yoga postures to increase chances of becoming lucid? I refer to doing yoga 'consciously', not just stretching, but also with a meditation-like focus on aw...
