Re: Trouble with WILD??

Whenever I get in bed, I try to perform a WILD. Why I do is; I lay down, and relax every one of my muscles. I then focus on a scene, such as a field or a beach. But whenever I get to looking at the scene, my entire body jolts, and wakes me up. Anyone know whats going on, or what I am doing wrong?? ...

Re: Help with WILD?

I hear ya. Right, alarms. I don't use alarms. My body naturally wakes up a few times a night. For example to use the bathroom. So that's when I do my WBTB stuff. Do you just sleep the whole night? I haven't done that in years. It sounds like you have a method of dream recall that works for you. As ...

Improving control

Ok, so I have reached the point where I have lucid dreams quite regularly (like every 1-2 months) but lots of times, some of the things that I want to happen just wont happen. For instance I can fly but I can't speed up. Or they happen but I need to make a trick. For instance when I want something t...

Anyone else?

I just wanted to ask if anyone is having similar things like me. It is not very important, I just want to say that I go lucid WHENEVER I fall or do something really high up in the air like when I am skiing and I do a extremely high jump. Anyone else?

Re: How do I become a light sleeper?

Hi Skytak888. If you have a cell phone you could set your alarm to vibrate and than keep it under your pillow. There are also apps that will allow you to set an alarm that will flash bright light. You could also develop the habit of waking up after your dreams by reciting a mantra before you sleep,...
