Yes replaced it with reality checks. You basically do reality checks in real life, like pushing your fingers through your palms, for you to automatically remember to do it in a dream

Joke lol. Write in a notebook "I don't remember my dreams". You can also try to improve your dream recall by increasing your awareness

I got 1 tip. Don't ever say "this is a dream and I'm like a god here" to a dream character
