Re: How to obe from a lucid dream?
Like tonight for example, i go to sleep relaxed, i drift off to sleep relaxed. At some point i become aware that my body is sleeping, great. So to go exploring consciously i try to roll out, this time i succeed halfway it seems. From there, halfway out or whatever, i imagine a magnet in the roof pu...

Re: How to obe from a lucid dream?
I hope to receive some good advice and techniques, maybe even from people who are able to do this. If you do not believe in obe, please refrain from posting in this tread. I find myself LD'ing alot recently, but i only had one obe. When i notice my body is asleep, i try to sit up or roll out of bod...

Re: How to obe from a lucid dream?
So what should i do then, to have a deep experience as possible? Should i give commands like Buhlman? Travel outwards through the 'rings' like Monroe. There are different ways to cause OBE, just like there are different ways to cause a LD though there is some overlap with some techniques. What you ...

Re: How to obe from a lucid dream?
I think your depriving yourself of potentially good and useful information by rejecting input from unbelievers, Pederpan. I would advise you to reconsider ... I don't believe anything immaterial leaves the physical body but I do believe in the illusion of out-of-body experiences. I've had them and ...

Re: OBE from a Lucid Dream
Its not a good idea to try to go OBE from a lucid as you are then just likely to dream you are getting lucid as whatever you think during a lucid often appears and that doesnt at all mean its real. A dream state is a very confusing state to have a astral projection from as one isnt really even aware...

Re: Object Moving - (real life experience)
Ive got no advice to give, I've tried hard to spin psi wheels but have no had any luck at all getting those to move. My only experience when something moved due to me was during an astral projection attempt where I was trying to spy on my children who were in the kitchen while I was still in bed. Tu...

Re: Stuff just won't work??
Then to make it more confusing, I had a false awakening and checked the clock to see if I was still dreaming, and the clock stayed the same. I'm so confused, I don't know why everything has stopped working. Im not saying this is the reason but it could of been, if one is astral projecting very clos...

Re: Pulling items out of Dreams.
Yes in fact I agree it would take A TON OF energy. This however does not make the action of pulling an object from the dream dimension into this dimension if somehow there was a split in time and space in the exact spot you may be sleeping..Or anything in the world could be the reason as to why thi...

Re: First major step to lucid dreaming
If you find yourself in this situation again. You can still have an interesting time by studying yourself in your dream. eg Did you have form? What did your hands look like? What were your clothes like etc. Just dont worry about the greyness, just focus on other things there and the dream should end...
