Re: Lucid Nightmare

there is no reason at all to think that LD sex will cause a LD nightmare. Dreams though can conform to your thoughts so if you think this will happen it may. the only real problem with LD sex is that one can often get too excited and this can cause one to actually wake up and loose the LD. Ive found...

Re: Nothing happened

You seem very impatient, did you learn to walk overnight or usually master a new skill just from trying a couple of times?

I give it an hour to get out. I also dont expect it to happen first night I try, when I decide I want to get back into LDing, sometimes it takes weeks.

Re: It happened again

I do not want to escape from sleep paralysis though. What scares me is the fact that everytime I notice I'm dreaming my dream dies and I wake up with sleep paralysis. I want it to stop Just try to wiggle a finger or toe to help break the sleep paralyses then to wake up properly (if this is the caus...

Re: Searching for a Dream Team

I am looking for members of a team I recently met up with in dream. Interesting, so you are looking for real people who are part of a dream team. Im part of a dream team over at the sealife lucid dream website. We arent being all that active but we are close and there is an energetic binding betwee...

Re: Please HELP!

He cant stabilize in that manner as he cant move. .... You need start trying to create another dream if you are stuck i a dream where you are sleep paralised. There are many different ways to do this and if you cant move, do it in a way which doesnt involve movement ( you need to stop thinking about...

Re: Help moving from sleep paralysis to a LD

I feel my body fall asleep (which is soooo weird I still get the shivers every time it happens) and almost instantly start hearing things, feel different prescences standing next to me, and seeing faces or pictures flash behind my eyelids. Obviously all of this means I finally fell into sleep paral...

Re: I figure you guys would be the ones to help

I have tried to tell myself that whats happening is a dream but due to the fact this is with nightmares the overriding thought when I feel the pain occurring or am being put through quite unpleasant scenarios is "i dont care if this is a dream i want out". Then when I am unable to wake my...

Re: CAN I TURN LIGHTS ON FOR WBTB

Turning light on shouldnt hurt. Its a good idea to read a book on LD or work on dream journal while in the wake stage of a WBTB as it helps program your intent. (though for some the kind of light computers gives off can hinder going back to sleep).

Re: Need help with WBTB

With WBTB, a lot of sites say wake yourself up fully, get up, maybe turn the lights on, get a snack, do things. But other sites say don't move at all. Don't fall asleep or WILD either, just lay there for a while, then WILD or MILD. Does laying there also work? Any tips would help. Also, I have trie...

Re: Need help with WBTB

I have never had a successful LD directly off of the WILD (Going into Sleep Paralysis, then entering the dream) but I have had 6 LDs spontaneously after doing WBTB. SP doesnt always happen with WILD and I think far more LDs happen with WILD where the person doesnt notice SP. Many just go smoothly i...
