I would be interested to see some drawing or paintings of characters and other images from your dreams. You could add a brief summary of the context and possible associated meaning of the dream images and action. Rebecca Turner has a section for dream art at this website.

Perhaps it would help if you sit in recliner chair, or use pillows to position yourself in a semi-reclining position in bed. You could also try using a dry mouth spray - available at drug stores.
