I love my tea light and with honey but I usually drink it every morning. Maybe I'll try having teas at night just to try this lucid dreaming.

I find that a light green tea at bed can produce a nice level of lucidity and clear-mindedness optimal for entering dreams directly from awakeness. Though if it is too strong you won't be able to sleep.

I've also considered smoking green tea leaves to determine whether or not the potency is altered, or if the effects are different through that means of consumption.

Keep drinking green tea. :D

Everyone has a different hobby, and I have some, one of them listing song with a cup of tea. Recently I have checked up my diabetics, and the result is negative. So my friend who is a doctor suggested me to have green tea every day and he give me this best product for you. Still, I am on it, and I am feeling good and I think that this will be better for anyone not only for a diabetics patient.
