Supplements when to take them?

Hi, this is my first post on the forum.

I have been lucid dreaming for 4 years and never used any supplements before. Ive decided to purchase some supplements which apparently aid lucid dreaming and I wanted to give them a shot. I read a few articles but many were unclear about what time to take them and the amount.

The supplements I purchased were:
Choline&inositol 250mg
B6 100mg
B5 250mg
Ltryptophan 500mg
Melatonin 3mg

Can someone direct me as to what time to take the supplements and how much ?

I got curious and wanted to see the effects if any they would have on LD.
