But im not sure will test again tonight to see if results are the same.I took 50 mg during the day and 100 mg before sleep couldn't sleep all night then just before I was about to give up on sleep fell into a few vivid dreams and 1 LD.

I don't think its a good idea to take more than 100 mg per day. How is your sleeping habits? Am only taking 100 mg a day if I have at least 8 hours sleep. Its almost a month now.. I only took 4 pills.

I think your right and at the moment my sleeping habits are not so good because after taking the pills I don't know if its just the pills fault but I have trouble sleeping at night. Ive taken like 8, 50 mg pills so far its been 1 week lol

8/8/18... Took another 100 mg pill of b6, its been a week since the last pill. Last time had an physically exhausting dream, woke up tired. But yesterday had another depressing dream about my wife. Met her, it wasn't her, seems like a quantum reality, with another set of rules. Apparently there is another copy of me being extremely unfair to her. She was afraid of me. Spend some time with her showing love and compassion. There was other family members too. They were confused about me being soft to her. Dream ended. Woke up,closed my eyes, got in to another dream, met my wife in another quantum reality. Exited that dream, entered another. (I wasn't lucid.) started questioning the dream world. Had some lucidity. Met original version of my wife. Spend some time with her. Dream ended.
