when i meditate before bed, i lay down in bed with the lights off and notice when my mind wanders and then put it back. i do this for some time and then stop, and go to bed. but once in a while when i do this, i start feeling vibrations, i stop them by moving and when i do this i dont have sleep paralysis, also if i move very slow, the vibrations go away. what is this?
