try something else some methods are better than others for some people and some methods fade in effectiveness some dont you can also combine other methods to increase effectiveness like doing the senses technique i wont go into detail but doing before bed then wake up at 2 to 3 am and then do wild sometimes you can just mix it up a little its best to get plenty of sleep avoid coffee and track your rem sleep times (doing stuff at the end of rem is a almost impossible and a little weird)
