Hi, i've been learning Lucid dream for a month i guess. Im also use DJ to improve my dream recall, but i never get night dream, i usually sleep at 12 am, and wake up at 5 am, I could only get a dream after returning to sleep. What should i do?
If you sleep from midnight to 5am, it's only 5 hours of sleep, maybe you should sleep longer, like 7 to 8 hours. People usualy need that much hours of sleep. You may be sleeping too little, I find it hard to remember any dreams if I don't sleep enough too. Maybe that's because the REM phase, when you are most likely to remember dreams occurs when you had already been sleeping for some time...
