How do I use Isochronic Tones?

Postby beremaran » 11 Jan 2013 22:18

Hi guys,

I'm trying have a lucid dream with Isochronic tones for 2 days. I couldn't have any lucid dreams, so I think that I'm using wrong these isochronic tones. If there is somebody using iso-tones, how do you use those?

Last night, I went to bed when I normally sleep. I putted my earphones and start the iso-tone, then I tried to sleep. At the time, I started to see a dream. I'm not sure this is a regular or half-lucid dream. I didn't aware that was a dream. In the dream, there was a object(I can't remember vividly) on a shelf and I was trying take that. I was lifting up my arm for take it, by the time I reached to it my real arm moved and I woke up.

Anyway, how should I use isochronic tones?
