I just happened to stumble upon LD when randomly browsing google..
This idea seems very interesting to me and I really want to learn how to do this.
I realize it's not a 1-2-3 thing and that it will take time.
I've been browsing the forum and seeing "wild" but I have no idea what this means.
How Do I Get Started from Step 1?
Is there a beginners guide?

There's not really a step one. I just went and read mist of the articles on the website and have been trying different techniques. But anyways I'm so tired that I could eat a horse so in gonna catch some z's.
P.S. The next image I see will be a dream.

I went and read everything there was under the Bowden lucid dream article I think is what it's called. Something similar. It's under the popular stocked on the home page.

Hi and welcome. :D

Rebecca's articles are amazing, I think you should check them out! Try to start in the categories "Beginners" and "Techniques". But writing all your dreams down in a dream journal is necessary for a good recall, and the good recall is necessary to lucid dream. :P RCs (Reality checks) is also important. I think MILD is one of the best techniques for beginners, you should probably wait a little bit before trying WILD (- which by the way is a technique :) )

But as I said, I think you should read some of the articles, they're very amazing.
It's an amazing journey, and it might take a little time to read them, but it's it all worth!

Happy dreams.
