Please don't hesitate to disagree with anyone here, this is a forum, and that's what forums are about.

Nobody should feel like they cannot express their opinions here.

Rebecca didn't mean 'stay still as a statue' no matter how uncomfortable you feel.

That is a complete fallacy that many novice lucid dreamers assume is true.

If you want to roll over, roll over. If you need to scratch an itch, scratch the itch.

The science behind WILD is simple; you mimic the process of falling asleep, but consciously.

As Snaggle said, we turn over many times a night in non-REM sleep, and before non-REM, and that doesn't stop us from falling asleep.

Ah I see! I thought you were more implying that staying still was almost false, and that moving actually helping in the induction of WILD. My mistake! :)
