From paralyzed to lucid dream

Postby Notamritsaini » 02 Jan 2017 08:18

I just got parlazyed and i concentrated on dreaming.

I could only see pictures and people from top view drinking in a party (nude) and then i concentrated on sex and i saw an asain boy with a chubby girl doing sex (horrible) ( maybe because i watch Asian porn ) and then I concentrated on my ex but cant remember her face. Then i woke up in my dream and my dad said buy me a spoon (a spoon really?) And i thought i we up but i wasn't. I wasn't lucid then. Why? Does my brain doesn't want me to be lucid? Then i wake up and my brain won over me. Help to do stable dreams

seeing you wake up in the dream, if this commonly happens to you, try to program yourself to do reality checks after EVERY TIME you wake up

Did you try to go anywhere in your dream or were you just watching things? If you are just watching things and accepting that you are in a paralysed state, you could actually have entered a dream but then be just dreaming you are paralysed watching things and completely miss the fact that even the paralyses may become part of the dream.

It can be very tricky to know when you have actually entered into a dream when in a paralysed state

When trying to create a dream, dont just focus on watching things. Try to actually feel that you are elsewhere.
