Started meditating today because I have read it helps to have more lucid dreams. Has anyone found this to be true? I have tried it in the past and it just stressed me out. Recently though I decided to try guided meditation. Having someones voice to follow seems to be the way to go to help me relax. Anyone know of any good guided meditation? I have just been picking random ones but I really enjoy doing it. Has anyone on here found more success by meditating?
