Visualisation Exercise

I've been doing this lately, not so much to help with WILD's but more to enhance dream recall and It's been working pretty nicely.

What you do is while walking, notice a feature up ahead, such as a tree or something. Then, (after making sure that it is safe to do so,) close your eyes and continue walking. The aim is to open your eyes when the object is due left/right of you.

Once you get good you can shut your eyes and instantly create a vivid and realistic reality in your mind.

It probably varies, but for me it was surprisingly fast. One thing to make sure you do is change where you do it every time, or it becomes more of a timing thing.

A few times, while going to school, I tried visualising what was behind me.
