And to materialize anything at all would require a TON of energy. So my opinion at the moment, even if that were possible, the human brain is incapable. If people have facts or evidence of things such as OBEs actually not being lucid dreams, or the existence of psychokinesis, I would be more inclined to say that this could actually be possible.

Yes in fact I agree it would take A TON OF energy. This however does not make the action of pulling an object from the dream dimension into this dimension if somehow there was a split in time and space in the exact spot you may be sleeping..Or anything in the world could be the reason as to why this has happened to me three times that I remember in the past couple weeks! I am a little bit terrified and extremely confused. At first it was just a pencil which I didn't think twice about because I had all my pens and colors pencils on the bed before I slept that night..Until the pencil DISAPPEARED in front of my face out of my hand! And come to think of it..It was a no. 2 pencil as well. The second occurrence was even crazier than any.. I remember dreaming and seeing a huge bug flying at me and waking up to a big noise and feeling g of a this bug on the back of my neck!! I got outta bed tried killing it when I saw it fly to the wall and the place I hit with the paper turned from the bug to light from the window!! Most recently a white glove appeared In my hand after hearing music and seeing crazy flowers and thingscomjnf out the wall I was laying next to..I got so scared I threw the glove down. And it was gone. I want help and I NEED answers! If anyone knows who I can speak to about this please guide me!! Thank you

there are some possible explanations
1/ Psychosis of some kind eg schizophrenia (3% of people suffer psychosis) http://www.cedarclinic.org/index.php/understanding-early-psychosis/early-signs-of-psychosis
2/ False Awakenings which you confused to being awake at the time.
3/ Something like hypnagogic hallucinations .. this kind of thing isnt all that uncommon if someone is very tired or if someone has just awoken eg as when you dreamed the bug was flying at you and you awoke to its noise. Maybe you are sleep walking at little and did get out of bed to kill that bug but as you were still asleep still seeing dream stuff.

Your stuff sounds to me like false awakenings or hypnagogic halluncinations when still half asleep/half awake so confusingt hings too eg eg a bug turning to light from the window. (I've known or met some psychotic people over the years.. my father was diagnosed with schizophrenia and the halluncinations tend to stay with them eg they wouldnt usually realise a bug is just window light). Im not saying you dont have a mental health issue but to me its sounding like its one of the other two issues seeing happening right after you awoke.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself

**Zombie Post, back from the dead**

It is possible! It is just the how that is a problem. I've tried on several occasions years ago without luck. While looking at the item in my hand (Ex: A rock), and holding it while waking up, it appears to change. De-materialize if you will. Change form! I have always notice the transition to 'appear' like a T.V. screen's salt-n-pepper look when you have no video and the item I would holding seems to fade away.

After I kept trying, I'd start having nightmares so I stopped. My clarity and focus during the dreams always seem to become interrupted or an attempt to disrupt it.

If you want to pursue this, here are a couple of things you need to know.

1) FOCUS!!!! First, you need know you are dreaming in the first place. For some this may be easy. For many, not so much. What got me to this point is practicing focusing in this reality. THINK! Know that you are 'here' and look about and be observant. Always practice this. Look at things you normally don't look at. Take different routes home, to work, etc. Once you are dreaming, this allows you to 'THINK' and began knowing you are dreaming.

2) Don't get distracted! Once focused, there always seem to be things trying to distract me from my focus. Something ridiculous happening that tries to trigger an emotional response (Like mother being attacked), some fear manifesting itself (Ex: Random spider crawling after me), etc. There was always some 'energy' (Best I can describe it) that seem to try to prevent me from focusing and play into the dream. Once you continue to tell yourself this is a dream, the random B.S. stops during the dream.

I have to warn you that this may be potentially dangerous. I stopped because on two occasions I felt like I had a near death experience (Waking up unable to breath). On my final attempt at this, 'Something' made a deal with me to stop with this or something was going to happen to me. I'll just call it an energy that did not seem like part of the dream. I'm not even really comfortable talking about and won't say much more about it.

Just be careful with this experimentation. Good luck and God bless!

Sometime I've played with telekinesis during a LD and thought that was possible during reality, but once wake up that was just impossible xD

Hmmmmmmm....

yes and no.
Everything in this plane of existence has been previously created in the spiritual planes. Thought before action ...etc

You can create something in a dream. Say a magick ring, spend many dreams and rituals making that item powerful in dream.
Then you make the ring in the waking world or get a blacksmith to do it. And then lucid dream and connect the powerful dream object you have spent a great deal of time and energy making to the real item.

This does work. It's power is only limited by your ability.

Unfortunately, lesser entities like to hijack such things. So take precautions.

Yes! I thought about something similar...
It may be impossible to pull items directly out of a dream. But we humans are natural born creators and potentially able to make replicas of dream objects. Depending on the complexity of the object and physical laws of course.
Tell me briefly about your lucid dreaming journey  http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20305
