Hi there, thanks for sharing the post. I think the main reason behind nightmares is depression and anxiety. I agree that you need to visit professional as they are expert in curing nightmares and night terrors. Recently my friend was suffering from nightmares and he visited a professional who helped him in curing his nightmares. I think you can also take the help of professionals.

Definitely don't go to professionals. They are no good. None of them are worth any trust. They don't really understand any of these conditions. Their "medical" or "psychiatric" models are all wrong and they will only do more harm.

So many people's sleep is screwed up. My sleep and dreaming is screwed up to me. Your sleep and dreaming seems screwed up to you. But maybe it just is what it is.
