Sleep Apnea

Postby Shana » 14 Dec 2017 14:45

Hi guys, im new to the forums and just wanted to hear some thoughts on lucid dreaming if you suffer from sleep apnea.

I myself have mild obstructive sleep apnea which I think actually helps me become lucid. Most of my lucid dreams the trigger seems to be me not being able to breathe properly in the dream and then I realize im dreaming. What confuses me is I thought with sleep apnea you have less rem cycles and in turn are prone to dream less. Any one else in the forums suffer with sleep apnea ?
