So I was watching this video on Youtube of this guy recommending certain vitamins to help become lucid faster. He mentioned taking vitamin B. Has anybody tried this? Does it work? I've been taking vitamin B for four days now. I know it's not gonna work just like that, but I'm wondering if it really does help. Send your advice/opinions this way!
Some I do know do have more vivid dreams on B vitamins but we are all different. I cant remember if they affected me that way in the past when I started having B in high doses (I was on twice weekly B injections for a couple of years). I do know B nowdays does nothing for my dreams.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
its not vitamin B, i think its vitamin B6. its wont give u LD, its just enhance ur dream vividness. i read it somewhere, i think its in this same site.
