WILD at early stage of sleep

WILD at early stage of sleep

I use to have WILDs 3-4 times a month. Usually i get them when i sleep more hours. After some 7-8 hours of sleep is when it usually happens. I've read that WILDs occur more frequently at this time (because we had REM sleep) and when we take naps (when REM occurs faster).
But yesterday i had a WILD when i don't even have dreams that i recall: after just 30 minutes of sleep at night. I went to bed at 2h30. Didn't have much sleep. I only dozzed off at 3h30 and that's when i noted the body vibrations. Then i had a great WILD (an OBE-like that i always have and some adventures) and when i woke up, it was 4h15. And i didn't try to have a WILD, it just happened.
Has anyone had a WILD at such early stage of sleep? Why that happened?

I can have WILDS anytime, I dont worry about that REM stuff. Many of my WILDs have been on first falling asleep.
