Dream Recall.

Postby neon » 08 Jun 2013 03:24

I was just wondering if writing down my dreams electronically is okay instead of using a piece of paper. Will it negatively effect my dream recall? Also i would just be recording them on my phone so i wouldnt have to log into a computer or anything. Thank you all

I actually had a "dream joirnal" but it took too long, so i record all my dreams on my phone.
Honestly, i think it has a positive effect because it is a lot easier to write, and faster.

What do you mean by "record"?

Type them in digitally, or record yourself speaking?

I personally tend to write dreams down on paper but in shortcuts (I naturally wake up every 1.5-3 hours so basically after every dream I get) and when I get up from bed to start the day I write them down with details on my computer.
