DEILD and Sleeping Position

Postby Barakabomba » 10 Apr 2012 01:20

I have always had trouble sleeping on my back but with lucid dreaming in mind I have been trying to more and more often. Even if I am able to fall asleep on my back I usually roll over and wake up on my stomach or in the fetal position. When attempting to DEILD is there a recommended sleeping position or will I be able to do it from any position?

Thanks for the help,

As I understand it the DEILD method has one wake up dreaming keep ones eyes closed and not move and then attempt dream return. It should make no difference what position you sleep in. It does not with my own dream returns, though I don't use their exact method and it certainly makes no difference with WILDs. I've alternated between sleeping on my back or side over my life time.
