Dream problems

Postby thestargirl » 12 Apr 2012 15:30

I have a problem with my dreams. Most times it seems as if I'm just sleeping and I dream about nothing. Therefore it is very difficult for me to have a lucid dream. How can I solve this problem?

Stargirl everyone has both a genie and a wish granting lamp. Your conscious mind can command your subconscious to do anything, as long as you command hard enough it has no choice but to obey and grant your wish. If that does not sound good you could always try the rem timing trick and the WBTB (wake abck to bed) method.

Oh, Okay thanks! But I have a problem with the wbtb. My mum wakes me up and doesn't allow me to go back to bed ( ̄ー ̄)
