Hi I'm new to lucid dreaming and I only had 2 lucid dreams. But I told my self to woke up in both Idk why lol I got nervous. But anyway many people says that "Subliminal Lucid Dreaming Video (Part 2)" gave them vivid dreams and lucid dreams. What in the video will give you that?

It only helps u, if u r ready 4 it. U r not going to get ur LD unless u r trying. try involve in to it. do RC keep dream journal & and read about LD. WBTB method is very useful for beginners. i got my first LD within a week. so its not that hard. the key is, keep urself motivated. watch the movie "Inception" and sleep well.

I suggest you dont do lucid dreaming seein you are that nervous.

Every time you do it and wake yourself up like that due to fear, you are actually sending a message to your subconsciousness that you dont want to be doing it. This may make it extremely hard for you to do it in the future.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
