New Dreamer

Stressed with exam work and thought this would help me, but I really don't know where to start, I downloaded the 10 step guide, just don't know where to begin really, I struggle with a goodnights sleep, any ideas how to help with that?

Just decide for yourself how many hours at night you would sleep, six, seven, eight or more, try to keep it up for a few days until you get used to it.

I think it depends on whether you mean you have problems getting to sleep or staying asleep. Have you tried relaxing binaural beats?
