Is this technique legit?

Postby LegendaryGuy1 » 22 Sep 2014 17:26

I saw this sleep paralysis to lucid dream method and it seems legit.

Here's the link.
Is the method any good? Has anyone experienced success turning a sleep paralysis into a lucid dream?

Apart from misusing the word 'literally', it seems pretty legit :P Bear in mind that it's only a rough guide, the WILD process is a little different for everyone. I myself have only done it a handful of times, mostly by accident!

If sleep paralysis is involved it all apparently and your in that state. Then a variety of methods can be used to go from sleep paralysis to the lucid dream state.
