Any tips for a beginner ?

Postby JassieKaren » 11 Mar 2015 09:27

I've been trying to use the MILD technique for almost a week now but I still can't get my first Lucid dream :( it seems like the harder I try the harder it is to get a vivid dream that can eventually help me get lucid, I'm having trouble memorising my dreams (can't write anything in my dream journal) . I finally decided that meditation will help but trying to meditate on the bus (to save time) just makes me fall asleep :P . What can I do?

A bus isn't the spot to meditate and if you are falling asleep on a bus it sounds like you are not getting enough sleep during the night. I suggest to get yourself more sleep.

Also don't stress. you need to be more patient. Think about doing something a bit different if you haven't had a LD by a couple more weeks but get enough sleep.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
