Wild

Postby ckjared » 22 May 2015 08:13

I saw a tutorial where you wake up after 4 hours of sleep and do something and get back to do the wild technique.. The Tutorial says get up for like 10 minutes and do something like reading....but instead can i get up for almost an hour and go outside to jog or exercise for few minutes and go back to sleep to do the wild? can it still be effective?

I am no expert, but I believe once you exercise , it's not recommended that you sleep in the next three hours.
The article here : http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/05/08/late-night-exercise.aspx
States so.
However, you might want to try out my method should you be interested in an alternative way ( Although I haven't actually been able to prove it yet )

So do let me know what you plan to do!

Check out my posts for the method.

Hello there, you're welcome
You can find my technique here, so I'm hoping that you are a little bit proficient in audio production. Even if you are not, fear not, for I am making my own version soon.
