Lucid Dreams aren't Vivid or Memorable.

Postby Cobalt » 29 Jun 2015 16:56

Hello, again. Sorry for being inactive. (although I'm sure no one cared)
I had another lucid dream tonight. I have had 4 lucid dreams so far. I have them about every fourteen days, although there was one night in which I had two lucid dreams in a row.

Unfortunately, my dream recall isn't spectacular.
I woke up twice during the night and recorded my dreams. The best I could record were small snippets... When I woke up the third time, during the day, it took me a while to remember that I had had a lucid dream.

I remember lucid dreams the same way I remember my other dreams. I don't remember my surroundings becoming suddenly vivid or anything at all. Just an excited feeling in my dream body. That's it.
Maybe dream Cobalt saw everything become vivid, but I certainly don't remember that.
Would having a better dream recall help?

Also, after waking up, I realize that I didn't really have full control over my actions.
For instance, during one dream, I decided to teleport to my house. After I woke up, I realized that I should've gone to a place which I don't see every day.
I suppose that I'm semi-lucid during those dreams? If so, how do I become fully lucid?

That's all.

Thanks,
