B vitamins

Postby berggg » 01 Jul 2015 13:32

I've tried vitamine B5 and B6 to aid my ability to remember dreams. Fairly high doses. 250 mg B6 and 500 mg B5. 250 mg B6 is a dose you should not take regurarily. B5 is pretty much impossible to overdose, so 500 mg per dose is no problem.

Anyway, B6 has no effect on my dream memory. I expected it to have as I've read it should have an effect. I've tried it several times.

However B5, which I did not expect much from, has a profound effect on my ability to remember my dreams. But I so far cannot say that it helps me becoming lucid.

Anyone else here with experiences from these two B vitamins?

I've been experimenting with Omega tablets & bananas, none of which have helped so time I looked into other stuff. Can you tell me where you get vitamin B5 / B6 from. Just been on the Tesco web site & seen nothing?
