Easy FILD.

1. Go to sleep.
2. Wake up after 4-6 hours.
3. Go to sleep again and move your index and middle finger while you are falling asleep.
4. Welcome to Lucid Dream!

As easy as that. After you are moving your index and middle finger when falling asleep you should be automatically transported to lucid dream. After you see grass or whatever, room or whatever and whereever you are just do a reality check.

Hope I helped. :)

Though I have heard it's important to not really move your finger, really lightly as you like you barely move it at all, I want to try it also soon (I tried once and it didn't work but many say it works really well).

I couldn't do this. Set my alarm clock to go off after 4 hours but as soon as my alarm went off the last thing I could think about was wiggling my fingers lol.

So the trick is to practice and over time it will l become second nature. Not too long either. Try it.
