Hi there...

Postby emmaisnthere » 30 Jul 2015 18:50

My name is Emma. I am in college and have been practicing lucid dreaming for about half a year now. I have had two "successful" lucid dreams and many, many, what I call "semi-lucid" dreams. These semi-lucid dreams are dreams where I know I'm in a dream, but don't care enough to change the environment or explore. I practice the WILD method and get the best results from it, Although it may not may not be true WILD, (I don't wake up in the middle of the night, instead I meditate and lead myself into a dream). I post more of my "semi-lucid" experiences on a different topic board. It's been nice joining this forum. :D

Don't you fall asleep after drifting into a meditative state? How did you manage to avoid that?
I always tend to fall asleep meditating into a dream state
