For me WBTB, I tried MILd but it didn't work really for me, WILD and FILD I tried both only once so I can't judge about it, but almost all of my lucids came after a WBTB.

For me WBTB after 5+ hours of sleep to do a WILD attempt. Then DEILD for the remainder of the night after every awakening.

I like reality checks, like checking my hands in my dreams, in dreams, your hands will be messed up. That is how I know I am dreaming.

for me various kinds of WILD (what kind depends on my mood at time) done through at any time (the bonus of WILD).

Though it can be very helpful for LDs, I personally don't like WBTB much as I hate to wake myself up and when I wake up naturally in middle of night, I just want to go straight back to a normal deep unaware sleep and don't have the stamina or want then to try to trigger off a WILD
