Okay, Why?

Postby kelley12 » 23 Aug 2015 12:07

Okay, I had a quaker-lucid dream.

I wrote a dream diary everyday, did the RC, and so on.

I did the reality check in my dream, and I thought: hm, strange. I guess this is a dream. And after that, I couldn't control my dream (actually, I forgot that I was dreaming.)

Why, myself, why? :(

Sounds like you may need to practice holding focus.

You can work on that by meditating on objects (eg meditation on a candle flame is a common meditation of this kind) and teach yourself not to let your thoughts drift away from what you are doing. (if you are a child.. I suggest to find a rock or get an apple to practice to meditate/hold focus on).
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
