I miss my dreams ... Cannot sleep.

Hello everybody, I have been unable to sleep for almost a week, and as of 3 days ago, officially scared.
Have I blown a fuse ?

For what reason are you incapable to sleep? Is it an impossibility or simply because you don't want to?
Death to be a dignity, execution's lost philosophy. All my atrocities
come by way of reciprocity. And reason is treason.

I am sorry you are having a lot of trouble sleeping.

Is there some troubling new, anxiety-causing factor in your life situation?
Are you trying to juggle schedules for work and school?
Have you moved to a new residence?
Is your sleep area noisy, or not dark enough?
Have you recently started taking some new medications?

Suggestions -
- Near bedtime, try to avoid stimulants, like coffee, or looking at the blue light from electronic screens (interferes with brain production of melatonin).
- Eat less sugary, fatty, processed foods, and more whole plant-based foods.
- Check out relaxation guided imagery CDs at website - Health Journeys - healthjourneys.com
- See my post - "New light bulb helps babies sleep" - in "Off-Topic" forum category - Sept. 23, 2015.

Good luck.
