Meditation help please

Postby MrPopo » 24 Jun 2012 10:43

So I recently discovered world of lucid dreaming, and I really want to try it.
But it said that meditating is a key part, but I really don't understand how to meditate.
Can someone please explain in a simple way how to meditate?

P.S.: I'm dutch so my English isn't very good.

Mr.popo ,

a thing i like to try is to just focus on my breathing and like try to imagine the air circulating around my body. i find before you jump in and try to narrow your thoughts down to zero ( which is baisicly what meditating is ) it is much easier to focus on one.

if that dosent work try to say the sound omm in your head. i know its the stereo typical monk sorta thing to do, but dont actually say omm just say it in your minds . . . ear i guess.
How do you define real ?
think it over it's a tough question...

Watch the video I just posted on my website:

One of the first questions he answers is about meditation. And he provides a rather full and robust answer to it. So if you're confused about Meditation, please watch this.

i like to sit down on a couch

keep my back strait and focus only on my breathing

like how the air feel going into my lungs and how my heart feels in my chest and only focus on the NOW and dont follow up on my thoughts

this is what i like too do
