Hello everyone. I've been trying to achieve lucid dreaming via the WILD technique. I'll set an alarm for about 3-4 hours after I fall asleep. When I wake up, I count 1-10 forwards and backwards and repeat. After a while, I begin to feel like I'm falling forever. Hypnagogic imagery is visible. Because of the falling feeling, I get anxiety and it's hard to continue. I haven't gotten sleep paralysis get because this freaks me out to the point where I snap out of it. It almost feels like hypnic jerking, but not so sudden. Any help would be appreciated.
