MILD/Hypnosis

Postby isabelb50 » 04 Jul 2016 02:31

Hi everyone,

I really like using auto suggestions when I go to sleep to improve my dream recall--and it works too. I'm wondering if it would help induce lucid dreams as well, but the problem is...how can I tell myself to remember my dreams AND have a lucid dream? I don't want to drop my "I remember my dreams" suggestion because then I'm afraid I won't be able to remember the lucid dream I'm trying to have. Should I just say both?

Thanks to anyone who responds!

build up some confidence, i'm pretty sure you can also remember your dreams without AS.
you merely believe it so.
do you actually write your dreams ? this greatly increases your recall over time.

Good luck!
I returned from the abyss, as a married man. :D
