Hello patooty here, 17yr old male. I have a question about WILD & WBTB; I have recently been trying to have my first lucid dream with a combination of these techniques. i know you're supposed to wake up after around 4-6 hours of sleep and start then, but, everytime I try to do this I always wake up before my alarm goes off around 2 hours early. Ex: I go to sleep around 11pm and set an alarm for 4am and I wake up around 2am and can't go back to sleep until a few hours after 4. I meditate daily, perform around 15+ reality checks daily and record my dreams. Again, I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated.
